A quick confidentiality agreement
This private Wolf Of Wall Street preview is shared by Chris Waldron (admin@fsdelectrics.com.au) to evaluate a proposed platform. It builds on client-supplied workings; the client keeps its existing rights.
In return for access, I will keep the non-public designs, workflows, features, documents and information shown here confidential. I will use them only to evaluate this proposal, and will not share, copy or use them to build, improve or upgrade any existing or new website, platform or service without prior written permission from Chris and any relevant rights holder.
This does not restrict material I already lawfully knew, independently develop without using the preview, or that becomes public without a breach. Legally required disclosure is allowed, with notice where lawful. No intellectual property ownership transfers.
These obligations last three years from acceptance; trade secrets remain protected while confidential. By entering my email and selecting Agree & open preview, I accept these terms electronically.
